Andy and Doreen Chatterton, Village Place

Andy and Doreen Chatterton moved from their three bedroom home of six years to a one bedroom home at Village Place in Tatsfield, Kent. Andy comments: “Although we have opted for less bedrooms the home is still spacious. In fact the living room of our new home is almost the same size as our old property! There is also a large garden but what is really fantastic is that we were able to have a garage. Asprey Homes contacted us and asked whether we wanted a garage to our new home. We said yes and planning permission was applied for and granted, which was fantastic news as we certainly make good use of it!”

Stephen Jackaman, Village Place

Stephen Jackaman was keen to swap his home of 20 years in Sidcup, Kent with somewhere in the country and his new three bedroom home at the Village Place development in Tatsfield, Surrey by award-winning housebuilder Asprey Homes, helped him to realise his dream.

Village Place could not be more idyllic and Stephen’s new home is ideally placed to benefit from the scenic location, as he comments:

“I chose to move to Tatsfield, as it is a better environment and more picturesque. It’s just a complete lifestyle change. The local pub is excellent and I love that it is within walking distance. I used to pass Village Place on my way to work, but the scheme sold out before I could find a buyer for my existing property. When I did sell, I found out that one of the houses at Village Place had unexpectedly come back onto the market so I promptly reserved it - everything just fell into place.”

Stephen continues: “In addition to the location, I also wanted to buy new, as it is more energy efficient and this will ultimately save me money on my energy bills. Although this is my first property built by Asprey Homes, I do know the brand and it is one I trust. The quality is also fantastic and it is clear to me that Asprey Homes really do put the extra effort into its schemes.”
