Geraldine explains: “We previously lived on the outskirts of Longfield on a small scheme on top of the North Downs and were looking to move, yet not lose the quaint location that we had become accustomed to. I also needed to be within commuting distance of London, as occasionally I have to go into the office. Thankfully Russett Farm has all this and more. We are lucky as our new home enjoys views over the Medway. In fact, I can be sitting in my office hard at work and gaze out over the estuary – it really is idyllic.”
Geraldine continues: “Prior to visiting Russett Farm we had been a bit cautious about buying new, as we had viewed several other schemes, which were high density in their nature and the finish of the Show Homes left a lot to be desired of. In comparison our new home at Russett Farm has such a superior level of finish and even the appliances are of a very high standard. We really love the way the development has been laid out and the community feel that has been created. There is such a feeling of space and this is probably why the homes have such stunning views, whether it is of the adjacent Orchard or of the Medway.”

The family, who moved from their four bedroom home of 14 years in Gravesend, had been looking for a low maintenance new home in the right location and Russett Farm ticked all the right boxes, as Kevin explains:
“A friend at the local estate agents suggested the development to me. We had looked at a lot of properties, but none could compare with the beautiful location and style of the homes at Russett Farm. It’s extremely low maintenance and the semi-rural location is just wonderful - I love it here.”
He continues: “We have bought four new homes in the past and have never before taken over a home so clean and welcoming. The quality of the finish is extremely good and Asprey Homes has been very responsive to a few initial ‘teething problems’.
