When you are moving home we appreciate that the legal process may be a daunting prospect. With this in mind at Asprey Homes, we have selected a panel of recommended Solicitors who are familiar with the contract documentation, making your conveyancing more straight forward.

If you decide to use one of our recommended Solicitors then we will make a contribution towards your legal costs in the sum of £250.00*.

* The £250.00 contribution will be made by the way of an allowance against the purchase price on legal completion.
