So what is involved?
Our Sales Advisor will ask you about your property to ensure it meets our criteria.

We will then instruct three local independent Estate Agents to value your property.  This valuation will be based on the current market conditions and to achieve a sale within four weeks.

Our Sales Manager will visit the property and ask you a few extra questions for a property questionnaire.

We will then be able to discuss the possibility of an offer for your property, subject to survey and contract. If you are happy with our offer then the purchase of your beautiful new home will proceed.
