Matthew and Louise Austin bought at Oak Warren, Sevenoaks, Kent. Matthew comments: "As soon as we visited Oak Warren, we fell in love with the whole concept and lifestyle.  The development is in a stunning location, close to the town centre and train station, which allows me to get to London on a direct train, whilst the homes have sizable gardens and fantastic views of woodland and fields.  It is the ideal place to relax and the quality of life is excellent.  As one of the first people to move in, I am particularly impressed by the build quality of the homes, the quality of finish and the specification, especially to the kitchen.  It is a select development and none of the homes seem like they are on top of each other, making a quiet and friendly community feel."
