Health & Safety

Building sites can be a dangerous place and your safety is paramount to us. Please take the time to read the following information.

All visitors must be accompanied by our Sales Advisor or one of our Selling Agents who will ensure that you enter the plots at the safest point. The following should ensure that your visit to our development is as safe as possible.

Hard Hats

• Our Sales Consultant will provide you with a hard hat. It is essential that you wear this at all times whilst out on site especially in areas with scaffolding.

Visibility Jackets / Vests

• It is important that you are seen at all times especially where site vehicles are in use. Our Sales Consultant will provide you with a visibility vest if required.

Footwear

• Please ensure that you are wearing suitable footwear to go onto site. Our Sales Consultant will advise you accordingly.

Children

• Children are not permitted on site except at the discretion of our Sales Consultant and then only when accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

General

• Please do not go near stacked building materials, excavations or trenches.
• Please do not climb ladders or scaffolding. If you wish to enter a plot that is incomplete please ensure that you are accompanied by out Sales Consultant.
• The drivers of plant machinery often have limited vision so please look out for any moving equipment and keep to the designated pedestrian areas where appropriate.
